It’s October.

This year, the end of the year is almost here.

A year really goes by in the blink of an eye.

 

Today’s dinner was Sukiyaki.

 

 

I made it with Japanese black beef.

 

 

It is very tasty.

 

 

 

1st Bruce Jack Sauvignon Blush 2023

It is a rose wine from South Africa.

I bought it on the recommendation of Wine Shop Todaya in Itabashi.

It is said that it is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Syrah, which are produced separately.

Mixing red and white wine is prohibited in France (champagne is OK), but it’s okay in South Africa.

And this is really delicious.

I felt fresh fruit, berry-based red acid, and crispy minerality.

Fresh, pure, and tasteless mouthfeel.

And there is also a wild drink unique to South Africa.

After all, there is nothing wrong with Mr. Todaya’s recommendation.

 

 

2nd bottle Marquis de Beau Rond Syrah 2023 1,050 yen

I wasn’t sure what to use for red, but I decided to go with the Marquis de Beau Rond Syrah.

It has fine sweetness of fruits and a solid body.

Somehow, this one is very good for Sukiyaki.

After all, the Marquis de Beau Rond is also a wine that will never go wrong.
