Sukiyaki’s standard wine

Sep. 13

No Wine Day

Sep. 14

We are in three consecutive holidays from today.

It’s terribly hot and I don’t feel like going anywhere.

Even if I went shopping in front of the station, I became almost die.

Today’s dinner was Sukiyaki.

Today, I was a little excited to eat Japanese black beef from Kagoshima.

After all, it’s delicious.

1st Estezargues Cotes du Rhone Blanc 2023 1,650 yen

It is a natural wine from the southern Rhone, with no sulfite additives, no pesticides, and 100% wild yeast.

It is a blend of 70% Grenache Blanc, 10% Clarette, 10% Bourboulenc and 10% Viognier.

This is one of our Sukiyaki’s standard wines.

I felt the thick fruits flavor fitting perfectly with the texture of Sukiyaki.

It’s also delicious today.

2nd Estezargues Cotes du Rhone Rouge 2022 1,650 yen

The red is also a natural wine from the southern Rhone, with no sulfites added, no pesticides, and 100% wild yeast.

It is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault.

It had a rich flavor of condensed fruits, which also went well with Sukiyaki.
