Today I made Temaki-Sushi.

Today’s tuna is a brand product called “Kuroshio Hon-Maguro” from Otsuki Town, Kochi Prefecture.
It was very tasty.
1st La Croix Gratiot Rose 2023 2,000 yen
Following yesterday, I chose La Croix Gratiot, today it was rose.
It is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah harvested from a seaside vineyard in the Languedoc region.
It is a pure wine with a cool feeling born from the cool climate of the seaside and organic farming.
I felt rich fruits flavor, charming red fruits acidity, and pleasant minerality.
This rose is the best rose wine in the world in my opinion.
2nd J. Lohr Falcon’s Perch Pinot Noir 2020
This is the last stock before handing over the agent rights of J. Lohr to Village Cellars.
I felt thick fruitiness, supple red acid, seamless and mellow tannins, and a pleasant aftertaste that lasts for a long time.
It’s a truly elegant and deep Pinot Noir.
As a fan, I would like to continue to pay attention to J. Rohr.
