Corn called “Dakekimi” from Hirosaki

Aug. 26

No Wine Day

Aug. 27

Perhaps due to the influence of the slow typhoon, heavy rain sometimes falt roughly.

I received corns from Mr. Osanai, who is the owner of hirosaki craft wines in Aomori.

It is a corn called “Dakekimi” from Hirosaki.

It’s sweet. It is very sweet and savory.

It seems to go well with wine.

I cooked Sukiyaki for dinner today.

Sukiyaki is delicious.

1st Bellecourt Blanc de Blancs Brut NV 1,480 yen

It is a Relax Wine Original, French sparkling wine.

It is made from 60% Airen and 40% Maccabeu by Charmat method.

It is an ordinary bubble with not much character, but for some reason it is delicious.

I felt gentle foams, honest fruits flavor and soft mouthfeel.

It is a pure, refreshing, and somewhat relieved sparkling wine.

2nd Vignoble Clamens Rouge 2020 1,150 yen

It is my family’s “semi-house wine” that I often drink these days.

It is a red wine from the Fronton district near Toulouse, one of France’s five largest cities.

It is made from 50% Merlot and 50% Syrah.

I felt black berry fruits, gentle acidity and fine tannins.

It is a pleasant and very charming wine.

It is a sustainable wine with HVE Level 3 certification.

It was perfect for today’s Sukiyaki.
