Today, I cooked Sukiyaki.

 

 

The usual red meat from Hokkaido was great.

 

 

Sukiyaki is delicious, isn’t it?

 

 

I also had sashimi.

It is a local fish caught in Sagami Bay, Kuromtsu and Inada.

 

 

1st Palazzi Durello Spumante NV 1,250 yen

It is a sparkling wine made from Durello, a local grape from Veneto, Italy.

I felt fresh fruits flavor, mild acidity and gentle mouthfeel.

It is a dry wine, but it has a flavor with a hint of sweetness.

I’m sure everyone will find it delicious no matter who drinks it.

 

 

2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Pinot Noir 2022 1,300 yen

To go along with the Sukiyaki, I chose this Pinot Noir from Languedoc.

I felt the acid of the red fruits unique to Pinot Noir and the smooth mouthfeel that you can’t think of as Pinot Noir in the south.

I think it’s a really good Pinot Noir.

It was also perfect for Sukiyaki.
