The bone-in loin was frozen, but it tasted better than I expected.

 

 

1st Takeda Winery Blanc 2022

It is a blend of Delaware and Muscat Bailey A from Yamagata Prefecture.

Although it is called Blanc, it is a light red color that can be called a rose wine.

It’s the color that comes out of the peel of Bailey A.

I felt crystal clear fruits, firm acidity, and firm minerality.

The pure taste without any miscellaneous taste is unique to Takeda Winery.

It’s still a good wine.

It is a very good wine.

 

 

2nd Palazzi Nero D’Avola 2021 1,080 yen

That? Before you know it, the label has changed.

It is a red wine from Sicilia, Italy.

Although it is a southern production area, it has a smooth and cool taste.

I felt red fruits, beautiful acidity, and a pleasant aftertaste.

I opened this one out to match the bone-in loin in Italy, and it was the right answer.

Oh, it was delicious.
