Today’s main dish is herb-grilled Magret Duck.
Cook the skin slowly in a frying pan.

Top with plenty of rosemary and peppermint in the oven at 150 degrees for 20 minutes.

I felt clear and transparent fruits flavor, well-balanced acidity and minerality.
It is a very, very beautiful wine.
2nd Araldica Piemonte Barbera 2022 1,120 yen
To go with the duck roti, maybe Burgundy? I also thought, but Barbera might be good.
Them the second bottle is also a sustainable wine from Piemonte.
It has a perky red fruits flavor, a nicely stretched acid, and a smooth mouthfeel.
It’s delicious.
