Today’s dish.

Edamame

Hiya-Yakko

Seared Bonito-Style Carpaccio

Prosciutto, Kiwi, Okra and Broccoli Salad

Steak with Ground Beef

Suddenly, I wanted to eat a Hiya-Yakko.

It also goes well with wine.

1st Tortues en Crique Sauvignon Blanc 2022 1,230 yen

It is a white wine that combines the thick fruit flavor of the south of France with the freshness unique to Sauvignon.

This is plain, but very tasty.

2nd Vignoble Clamens Rouge 2020 1,150 yen

It is a red wine from Toulouse, in the southwest region of France.

It is a wine from a rare region, but it is actually very tasty.

It is characterized by a firm fruit flavor and a smooth mouthfeel.

The blend is 50% Merlot and 50% Syrah.

It is a sustainable wine with HVE Level 3 certification.
