1st Marquis de Beau Rond Chardonnay 2022 1,050 yen

Yes, I drank tonight too, Marquis de Beau Rond.

It is a model wine of what a pure, natural, high-quality Chardonnay should be.

Always, always, but delicious.

 

 

2nd Kobe Wine Chardonnay Unfiltered 2020

Today’s second bottle is also Chardonnay.

When I was looking around the cellar for a wine that was not the standard wine I usually drink, I found this white wine in the back.

I think it was a wine I bought at a winery in Kobe about three years ago.

It is a cold temperature fermentation and unfiltered wine sold only at winery shops.

And this was delicious.

It tastes much better than when I drank it about two years ago.

In addition to the pure fruit flavor, the acidity that stretches beautifully, and the outstanding minerality, I feel an indescribable elegance.

It’s definitely getting better as it matures.

It was a very good wine.
