Okinawa Agu Pork Tenderloin and Apples Saute
The marinated sashimi is leftovers from yesterday’s Temaki-Sushi.
It was separated and chilled from the beginning, so the freshness was sufficient.
The Agu Pork was also delicious.
1st Estezargues Organic Cote du Rhone Blanc 2022 1,650 yen
It is a “Bio” wine from the Southern Rhone.
It is a blend of Grenache Blanc, Bourboulenc, Clairette and Viognier.
I felt the good combination of the thickness of the pulp and the gentle flavor derived from sulfite-free and wild yeast fermentation.
This is my favorite these days.
2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 1,050 yen
I drink it almost every day, Marquis de Beau Rond.
Today, it was a Cabernet.
I fekt the usual deliciousness.
The sauce for the saute was also made with this wine.
