This sausage is delicious and surprising.

So I chose this Rhone “Bio Wine”.
Following yesterday’s red wine, it’s Estezargues for the second day in a row.
It has a firm body with a thick flesh, fruitiness, acidity, and minerality in a high position.
It’s refreshing to drink.
Estezargues is amazing.
For the second bottle of red wine, I had yesterday’s Estezargues rouge left, so I had that.
Estezargues is delicious.
