Apr. 24
I went to Koriyama in the afternoon.
At the York Benimaru headquarters, we had a meeting about the operation of this season’s wine workshop.
We came up with a lot of ideas, and it turned out to be satisfying.
Before getting on the Shinkansen train on the way home, I had a light (?) drink at the local sake bar “Morisshu” in the concourse of Koriyama Station. I had beer and sake from Fukushima.
I also enjoyed local dishes, such as Horse Sashimi, Nikomi, and Carp Carpaccio.
Shamo yakitori from Kawamata, northern Fukushima, was delicious.
The drinks and foods were very good.
On the Shinkansen, I tasted the usual Koshu wine from Yamanashi.
I always think about this, but since it’s the Tohoku Shinkansen, I think that wine from Yamagata will make you feel better.
