Surprisingly strong winds blow in the morning.

The sheets, which were firmly stopped with clothespins and hung to dry on the terrace, were blown into the garden along with the clothespins.

 

I’ve never seen anything like this before.

The lasagna was made the other day. It was a frozen and thawed dish, but it was properly delicious.

 

 

1st Araldica Piedmont Cortese 2022 1,150 yen

It is a white wine from Piedmont, Italy.

I felt perky fruitiness, clean acidity, and firm minerality.

It is a fresh wine full of pure taste.

 

 

2nd Araldica Piedmont Barbara 2022 1,150 yen

The red today was Barbara.

I felt the sharp-angled acid, characteristic of the breed, they were impressive.

The freshness and comfort of the aftertaste deserve special mention.

It was perfect for my lasagna today.
