I baked Lasagna today.
Of course, tomato sauce and bechamel sauce are homemade.
The first dish was a Bonito Carpaccio.
The second dish was a salad of prosciutto, strawberries and broccoli
Lasagna, nicely baked.
Delicious!

I tasted a Languedoc wine, too.
Today, I opened my Marquis de Beau Rond.
The characteristics of the variety are well expressed with fresh and sharp fruit, citrus acidity, and a pleasant minerality.
It is a wine that has been loved by heavy wine users for many years.
2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Merlot 2022 980 yen
As I’ve written before, of all the red wines of the 2022 vintage of MBR, this Merlot is my favorite.
I felt rich fruitiness, gentle but strong acid, rounded and gentle tannins.
It is a very well-balanced and easy-to-understand red wine.
If a wine beginner asks, “What does Merlot taste like?”
It may be the best answer.
