I have been keeping busy days recently.

Today’s dinner was the Izakaya Menu.

Cream Pasta with Mushrooms and Salmon

 

 

I think it turned out well for the quick cooking.

 

 

 

1st Oriol Rosser Chino Chano Xarel-Lo Muscat 2021 1,350 yen

It is a white wine made from grapes grown organically in the estate vineyards in Penedes, Spain.

I felt pure fruits, lively acidity and pleasant minerality.

It is a cool wine with a strong sense of transparency.

This is my acupuncture point.

 

 

2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Merlot 2022  980 yen

It is a red wine full of plump fruitiness.

The balance is perfect.

It gives me a sense of satisfaction that I’m drinking good red wine.

Of all the red wines of this vintage, Marquis de Beau Rond, this Merlot may be my most favorite.
