In its 24th year

We have entered a new year.

This year, too, I saw the first sunrise from the window of my house.

 

 

Started in January 2001, this Pero-Gubi Wine Diary is now in its 24th year.

 

 

We look forward to working with you again this year.

 

 

I went to Kasuga-Shrine near my home in the morning.

 

 

When I got home, I had Ozoni and a simple Osechi dishes.

 

 

In the evening, early in the new year, I was surprised by the news of a big earthquake in Hokuriku.

I asked my friends in Kanazawa, Toyama, and Niigata to confirm their safety by message.

Everyone was safe. I’m glad I did.

We would like to express our deepest sympathies to those who have been affected.

1st bottle Kizan Wine White 2022

This year, the first one was Kizan white.

It started in Koshu, as well.

It is so delicious without complaint.

It’s a really good wine.

 

 

2nd Cescon Raboso NV 1,200 yen

It is a red wine made from Raboso, a local grape from Veneto, Italy.

It has been a long-selling product since 1998, when Relax Wine began to be imported.

I was impressed in the smooth and cool fruit flavor.

I am glad to start with Cescon this year.
