Rakkyo Carpaccio is a recipe that was broadcast on NHK’s Asaichi this morning.

What? Rakkyo? I thought, but this is outstandingly delicious.

It was full of crunchy fruitiness and was perfect for white wine.

 

Oh yes, today’s main salmon and mushroom stewed in cream was also an Asaichi recipe.

It is a red wine from Abruzzo, Italy.

I felt a gentle mouthfeel prepared with wild yeast.

It has full of berry fruit flavors reminiscent of blackcurrants and prunes.

The comfort of the aftertaste is outstanding.

Ancola is very delicious.
