Last month, I bought this one on the recommendation of ” Todaya” in Itabashi.
It’s Chardonnay from Languedoc and HVE Level 3 sustainable wines.
This is transcendently delicious.
I felt pure, transparent and plump fruits texture.
It has extremely elegant minerality.
This is great!
Todaya’s recommendation is absolutely infallible.
2nd Domaine La Florane A Fleux Côte du Rhone 2021 2,650 yen
I also bought this red at the recommendation of “Todaya”.
It was also a very delicious wine.
In addition to the Demeter certified Biodinamie, it is a natural wine that has an even stricter certification called Biodyvin.
Anyway, I felt the smooth texture of the tongue without seams.
The pleasant taste when you put it in your mouth is something you can’t easily experience.
It’s delicious. Very delicious.
