With the approach of Typhoon No. 13, I canceled my plan to eat eel in Mishima and went straight home.

 

For some reason, every time I comes to Hakone, I often encounters typhoons and heavy rains.

 

 

I made sukiyaki tonight.

Sukiyaki is good because it is easy to prepare and makes you feel rich.

Wagyu beef from Kagoshima is delicious.

 

 

 

1st Cescon Ribolla Gialla NV  1,150 yen

It is a white wine from Veneto, Italy.

It is our house wine that often appears in this diary.

I felt clear and transparent fruit taste, beautiful acid and pleasant minerality.

I like this pure taste.

It is delicious.

 

 

2nd Cescon Cabernet NV 1,150 yen

It is a red wine, also from Veneto, Italy.

It is a blend of sustainably grown Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.

Many people think of Cabernet as a rich red wine, but this is a cool wine with a smooth and cool mouthfeel.

I felt good fruits, acid and astringency appearing sparingly and firmly.

It seems to be a very good wine.
