I felt fresh fruit flavor, perky acid and crisp minerality.
The style is very pure without any unpleasant taste.
Recently, this wine is my boom.
2nd bottle Ancola Montepulciano d’Abruzzo 2021 JPY 1,000
It is a 100% Montepulciano red wine from Abruzzo, Italy.
Grapes harvested from 30 to 50-year-old trees are fermented by wild yeast.
I felt a black berry flavor reminiscent of plums and dark cherries, mellow tannins and pulp volume.
I think this is an outstanding cost performance.
It was perfect for a lasagna today.
