Today, I cooked Temaki-Sushi.

 

Bachi-Maguro, Madai, Sea Bass, Shrimp, Scallops, Inada, Tuna-Mayo, Cucumber

 

 

It was a plain story, but it was delicious.

 

 

1st Marusan Winery Macerated Koshu 2022

 

It is a so-called orange wine made by fermenting and brewing 100% Koshu from Katsunuma, Yamanashi , together with the peel and seeds.

Nowadays, many wineries are making Orange Koshu, but Marusan Wine has been making the orange Koshu for 11 years.

 

It has a slight amber color, but the taste is fresh.

 

The rich fruit flavor is accented by a slight astringency derived from the peel, and you can feel the firm mouth.

 

Good wine.

It was perfect for hand-rolled sushi.

 

 

2nd Araldica Piemont Barbara 2019

The red wine has that I want sushi fresh fruits flavor and a smooth mouthfeel.

In addition, it is nice to have clean acid and mellow astringency.

This Italy white wine meets all requirements.

Well chilled and drunk.

It was perfect for today’s Temaki-sushi.
