I cooled this Alsace Riesling to near ice temperature.
The transparency is outstanding and it is very delicious.

I also drank this Pinot Noir chilled.
I felt charming red fruit taste and clean acid spread in the mouth.
I think this type of cool Pinot Noir tastes better without ice.
Would Burgundy Pinot Noir more than double the price?
