Today is Risshu.
On the calendar, it is extremely hot both in autumn and today.
It’s a far cry from the reality.
Tonight, we had a private party at Tavern on S in Shinjuku.
Today, I brought in some of my best wines.
I’m also happy that you can bring your own wine officially to this restaurant.
Raw oysters are the best!
In the past, raw oysters were not eaten in August.
It goes perfectly with Picpoul de Pinat!
As always, all the dishes are very delicious.
All the dishes are really high-level.

My best Hokkaido wines are also wonderful.
We had a folktale, small talk, jokes about mutual acquaintances, and even serious work stories.
They were very exciting.
Good food, good wine, and a great time to hang out with wine buddies to talk to.
