It’s August.
We had a thunder stormed in the afternoon and the temperature dropped.
Thunder is a problem, but I’m happy that the temperature is going down.
Sukiyaki today.
Kuroge Wagyu beef is delicious.
1st Nostrada Macabeo Muscat 2021 980 yen
It is a white wine from Castilla in inland Spain.
It is made from a local varieties Macabeo and Muscat.
I felt fresh fruit flavor, citrus acidity and fine minerals.
I also felt a dry mouthfeel with a sense of transparency and excellent sharpness.
I chilled it well and drank it.
Delicious!
2nd Nostrada Tempranillo 2021 980 yen
This is a red wine from Tarragona, a port town facing the Mediterranean Sea in Spain.
I felt nice fruit flavor, well-stretched acidity and mellow mouthfeel.
I drank it very chilled.
I was happy to have a pure taste without any miscellaneous taste.
The pronunciation of name is similar “I’m good for tempura” in Japanese, but “I’m good for sukiyaki”, too!
