I have been riding the same car for 8 years, but this is the first time I have seen a display above 40℃.

 

 

I cooked Temaki-Sushi today.

 

 

Kihada Maguro, Bonito, Madai, Makogarei, Octopus, Scallops, Salmon, Nama-Shirasu, Tunamayo

Temaki-Sushi t is delicious even in the middle of summer.

 

 

 

1st Grimau Trancadis NV  1500 yen

It is a sparkling wine from Penedès, Spain.

It is made from Xarel-Lo, Macabeo, Palellada,

Chardonnay blended with Charrero, Macabeo and Parellada and Chardonnay grown in the estate vineyard by organic method.

It is a “Brut Nature” without adding liqueur.

It has a refreshing dry taste and a fine, elegant babbles.

The acid and minerality are also perfect.

In the middle of summer, pure sparkling wine is really delicious.

 

 

2nd bottle Palazzi Nero d’Avola 2019 JPY 1,080

It is a red wine made from 100% Nero d’Avola grown in Sicily, Italy.

I felt black berry fruits flavor Like a prunes and good minerals with a slight bitterness.

You might think that Sicilian red is a rich and full-bodied wine, but this is a cool and smooth drink.

IT was very good for Temaki-Sushi.

This was drunk with ice.
