I call them “Izakaya Menu”.

 

 

1st Marquis de Beau Rond Chardonnay 2021 980 yen

This Chardonnay is very good for “Izakaya Menu”.

I felt pure fruits, fresh acidity and fine minerals.

When I taste this one, I always think that wine is very nice.

I was very happy.

 

 

2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 980 yen

This Cabernet Sauvignon is very good for casual home cooking, too.

This one showed a very nice harmony with fruits, acidity, tannin and minerals.

 Mouthfeel was very nice!

I like Marquis de Beau Rond very much!
