I often cook hamburger steak on the No Wine Day.

It was the day before the full moon.
I saw the almost full moon from my garden.
I got a very fresh local Aji.
I baked it with salt.

1st Seven Cedars Winery Delaware & Siegerrabe 2022 3150 yen
Seven Ceders Winery is a new winery established by Ms. Hiroko Takano, who is used to be the winemaker in Fujikko Winery in Katsunuma.
The winery is located in Lake Kawaguchiko in Yamanashi, where is located in the foot of Mt. Fuji.
This sparkling wine is the first released product of the winery.
It is made from 98% Delaware and 2% Siegerrabe grown in Katsunuma.
I felt creamy babbles, nice acidity and fine minerals.
Mouthfeel was very dry but also natural and mild.
They planted Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Pinot Noir, etc. in their estate vineyards.
I look forward to tasting their estate wine near future.

I wanted to taste some casual white wine for the baked Aji.
Then I chose this my standard one.
I felt pure fruits, good citrus and fine minerals, as usual.
Very good!
