I cooked a Chirashi-Sushi a la Mediterranean
It is my special cook in summer.
Very good!
1st Nostrada Macabeo Muscat 2021 950 yen
It is made from Macabeo and Muscat grown in Castilla Spain.
I felt sweet aroma, fine fruits and nice acidity.
A slight bitter taste gives wine a good accent.
I like this pure and easy style very much.
2nd Nostrada Tempranillo 2021 950 yen
It is made from 100% Tempranillo grown in Tarragona Spain.
Tarragona is a very old port of Roman date.
I felt pure fruits, nice acidity and comfortable mouthfeel.
This red wine is very good for Chirshi-Sushi used a lot of olive oil.
Mediterranean wine and sushi made a very good marriage!
