I cooked lasagna for dinner.
I did a good job.
The starter was cobb salad, as usual.
1st Misono Vineyard White Delaware 2022 2500 yen
It is made from 100% Delaware grown in Yoichi Hokkaido by organic method.
All of the grapes are fermented by wild yeast without sulfur.
Then the wine were matured in French oak cask.
I felt rich pear fruits aroma and flavor at first.
Then I felt sharp acidity and strong minerals.
The taste is very unique and impressive.
I want to taste the more matured this one later.
2nd Araldica Barbera 2019 1050 yen
I chose this one for my lasagna.
I felt a lot of red berries, nice acidity and mild tannins.
The mouthfeel was very cool and elegant.
It is my favorite style red wine recently.
It was very good for lasagna today.
