I cooked Unagi Steamed Rice for dinner.
It was very nice!
1st Estezargues Côtes du Rhône Blanc 2021 1580 yen
It made from Grenache Blanc, Clairette, Bourboulenc and Viognier grown in South Rhone by organic method.
All of the grapes were fermented by wild yeast without sulfur.
I felt concentrated-rich fruits and dense minerals.
It is a full-bodied style white wine.
However, the mouthfeel is cool and elegant because of bio wine.
It is a very good balanced white wine.
It was very good for unagi today.
