I cooked dinner, Temaki-Sushi.
All of the fishes were wild ones.

1st Obuse Winery Sogga Pere et Fils Chardonnay Reserve Privee 2020
Obuse is one of my most favorite wineries in Japan.
This white wine is made from 100% Chardonnay grown in Takayama Nagano.
All of the grapes were fermented and matured in the cask.
I felt big fruits, pure acidity and solid minerals.
I was sure that it is as great wine.
It is tasty by drinking now but I want to keep it for a long time.
I want to see the matured this one.
Where can I get this one again?
2nd Cescon Cabernet del Veneto NV 1150 yen
I was going to choose some Japan red wine at first.
But I couldn’t find a suitable one in my cellar.
Then I tried to choose some red wine similar Japan Wine style.
I chose this Veneto Cabernet.
I felt fresh fruits, light tannin, elegant acidity and easy mouthfeel.
Yes, this one has some Japanese red wine touch.
It was very good for Temaki-Sushi today.
