1st Fukushima Ause Winery Muscat Bailey-A Rose 2021
This sparkling wine is made from 100% Muscat Bailey-A grown in Komori Vineyard in Aizu-Wakamatsu Fukushima.
The color is very brilliant.
At first, I felt sweet candy aroma.
However, the babbles were very sharp.
Also, I felt good acidity and minerals.
The taste was very pure and natural.
The quality is better than I expected before drinking.
It was very good for the dishes today.
2nd Fukushima Ause Winery Vin de Ollage Merlot cuvée Yuzuriha 2020
The red wine is made by Ause Winery, too.
It is made from 100% Merlot grown in Yuzuriha Vineyard in Koriyama Fukushima.
I felt nice-dark fruits, seamless tannin and good acidity.
The taste was soft, mild and elegant.
I was sure that it is a very good Japan Merlot.
I must keep in check this winery.
