It was very cold rainy day.
We were back to winter again.
I cooked Sukiyaki for dinner.
Delicious!
Also, I had Sashimi, as well.
1st La Font de L’Olivier Grenache Blanc 2020 1800 yen
I bought this one at Todaya in Itabashi.
It is made from 100% Grenache Blanc grown in Languedoc by sustainable method, HVE Level-3.
It was a so delicious white wine.
I felt very pure fruits, beautiful acidity and outstandingly comfortable minerals.
The style is something similar some great Burgundy white wine.
I think it is a top class Languedoc white wine.
The price is super reasonable.
2nd Jeremie Huchet Chapeau Melon Rouge 2021 1800 yen
I bought this one at Todaya in Itabashi, too.
It is made from Pinot Noir and Gamey grown in the downstream area of Loire River by organic method.
It was very delicious, too!
I felt a lot of charming red berries, pure acidity and elegant minerals.
I was surprised at tasting such fine-elegant red wine made in Loire.
Th price is outstandingly reasonable.
It was very good for sukiyaki today.
Very, very good!
