The cherry blossoms near my home have started blooming.
I cooked dinner, Temaki-Sushi.

1st Sakai Winery Jobitaki 2021 2700 yen
It is a sparkling wine made from 100% Koshu grown in Yamagata.
It is fermented by wild yeast without sulfur.
At first, I felt a little reductive flavor but it disappeared soon.
The style is very soft and delicate.
I like the elegant babbles, moderate acidity and charming fruits.
Sakai Winery always produce very unique fine wine.
2nd Obuse Winery Chabudai Wine 2021
Even though it is the cheapest price wine in the winery, the quality is outstanding.
It is made from mainly Bailey Ailicante-A, which is a hybrid grape in Japan, grown in the estate vineyard in Nagano.
I felt charming fruits, good acidity, light tannin and elegant mouthfeel.
The style is pure, crisp, natural and elegant.
I want to buy this one by the case but it is difficult to find.
It was very good for the temaki-sushi today.
