I cooked dinner, Kimichi-Nabe.
I had a sashimi, as well.

1st Santa Seraffa Gavi 2020 2000 yen
Kimuchi-Nabe needs a full-bodied wine.
I chose this Italy white wine today.
It is made from 100% Cortese grown in Santa Seraffa, Piemonte.
Gavi has many different styles.
This one has a very dry mouthfeel with strong minerals.
The taste made me shape up.
I am sure again that it is an outstandingly fine Gavi.
It was very good for the Kikuchi-Nabe today.
2nd Ancora Sangiovese 2020 950 yen
It is made from 100% Sangiovese grown in Puglia Italy.
It is a really well-balanced red wine.
I felt charming fruits, nice acidity, soft tannin and comfortable mouthfeel.
It is very easy to drink.
It was very good for Kimuchi-Nabe, too.
