Very good!
Recently, I like the Cobb Salad.
Strawberry is good for the salad, too.
They are our home-grown local strawberry.
1st Alpha Loire Pate de Chat Chardonnay- Sauvignon 2018 1500 yen
It is made from 50% Chardonnay and 50% Sauvignon Blanc grown in the middle Loire Valley in France.
This blend is not so popular but you sometimes find that recently.
I felt nice citrus and comfortable minerals.
The style is very pure and natural.
Chardonnay and Sauvignon shows a nice combination, I think.
2nd Chateau Fongrave Rouge 2017 1520 yen
I mainly taste light type red wines in these days.
Then I wanted to try some full-bodied style wine.
So, I chose this Bordeaux red wine.
It is made from 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc grown the estate vineyards in Saint- Macaire by sustainable method.
I felt very rich fruits and dense tannin.
The style is dark and concentrated but also elegant and delicate.
Tasty!
It was good for Salmon Sauté, too.
