I cooked dinner, Unagi Gohan.
It was so delicious.
Of course, I had a sashimi, too.
1st Bellecourt Blanc de Blanc NV
I had had a wine fatigue from the two day wine event in Kumamoto.
Because I wanted to taste some easy wine, I chose this simple sparkling wine made in Languedoc.
I need not any complicated thinking with this one.
Tasty.
2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Chardonnay 2021 930 yen
I chose this one with the same reason of the first wine.
When I taste this Chardonnay, I can get relaxed.
It is not tasty but outstandingly tasty.
It was very good for Unagi Gohan today.
