I pruned the vine of Cabernet Sauvignon in my garden with my son.

The vine has complicatedly grown in these 12 years.

We cut almost 90% stems.

After we cut the vine, it looked very simple.

Then I cooked dinner, Temaki-Sushi.

I got a very fresh Kurodai caught in the local bay.

Excellent!!

I tasted the two bottles of Bells du Sud, which is PB wine of Seven & I Group I produced and imported.
They are made from 100% Chardonnay and 100% Pinot Noir grown In Languedoc.
Both of them were very pure and clean and very good for Temaki-Sushi!
