Torattoria Dai in Machida

I went to Machida and had a dinner at Torattoria Dai.

 

 

I enjoyed very nice dishes.

 

 

 

Every dish was so delicious.

 

 

The cooks were light, natural and elegant.

 

 

Pizza was outstanding!

 

 

I chose a bottle of Tokaji Furmint at first.

 

 

Tokaji used to be a sweet wine but this one is a dry fresh wine.

I felt pure fruits and good acidity.

Very nice!

 

 

Then I chose a bottle of Cannonau di Sardegna.

 

 

The red wine was very good, too.

I felt elegant fruits, charming red berries and cool mouthfeel.

Both of the bottles were very delicious!

 

I had a nice desert, too.

 

 

It was a very nice dinner.
