I cooked dinner, Temaki-Sushi.
I had a nice sushi-dinner at Sato last night.
Sushi Sato is special but my Temaki-Sushi is very good, too.
1st La Croix Gratiot Picpoul de Pinet 2019 1700 yen
It was the first Relax Wine I have tasted in this year.
I kept drinking only Japan Wine before now in New Year.
It is my most favorite white wine in Relax Wine.
It is made from 100% Picpoul de Pinet grown in the estate vineyards by organic method.
I love the rich fruits, elegant citrus and very fine minerals.
It was very good for my Temaki-Sushi, as well.
2nd Bells du Sud Pinot Noir 2021 980 yen
I bought this one at York Mart in Sagamihara.
I was in charge of the produce and import of this Pinot Noir for Seven & I Group.
It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in Languedoc.
I think this one has an amazing quality in this price.
I felt elegant red berries, charming acidity, silky tannin and fine minerals.
The style is truly pure, natural, cool and elegant.
I suppose that many wine lovers say ” This is Burgundy Pinot Noir.”, if they taste it by blind.
