This Riesling is truly delicious.
I felt clean fruits, beautiful citrus and very fine minerals.
It is a really pure white wine.
It also has very elegant-rich taste and flavor.

2nd Estezargues Organic Côtes du Rhône Rouge 2020 1580 yen
I don’t know why, but I often want to drink Rhône red after tasting Alsace Riesling.
It is made from Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault grown in South Rhone by organic method.
It is fermented by wild yeast without sulfur.
I felt rich fruits, elegant acidity and comfortable tannin.
It has a concentrated-strong taste and a natural-elegant touch.
It is a very good bio red wine.
