I had a Kimuchi-Nabe at dinner today.
Kimuchi-Nabe is very popular at my home in this season.
The reason why is this Kimuchi.
It is a no-preservatives and MSG free.
The taste is not so hot.
It is my favorite style.
1st La Croix Gratiot Picpoul de Pinet 2019 1650 yen
Kimuchi-nabe needs a wine with a big receptivity.
Then I chose this Languedoc white wine.
I felt big-pure fruits, beautiful citrus and very fine minerals.
I was sure again that this one is almighty.
Very tasty!
2nd Oriol Rossell Xino-Xano Merlot Syrah 2020 1300 yen
It is made from 70% Merlot and 30% Syrah grown in the estate vineyards in Penedes by organic method.
It also has a big receptivity.
I felt charming red berries, silky tannin and comfortable after taste.
The mouthfeel was very elegant.
It was very good for Kimuchi-Nabe, too.
