I cooked Oden for dinner today.
Oden is a kind of Japanese pot-eu-feu.
Very good!
I want to taste a sake when I have a pot-eu-feu.
I need not an expensive sake with pot-eu-feu.
Today’s ordinary sake was very nice.
Of course, I tasted a wine, too.

I felt rich fruits, big body, moderate acidity and good minerals.
It was very good for oden, as well.
