1st Kizan Sparkling Traditional Brut NV
This sparkling wine is made from 100% Koshu grown in Enzan Yamanashi by Champagne method.
I felt smooth babbles, rich fruits and beautiful acidity.
It is a truly delicious sparkling wine.
I love Kizan!
2nd
It is a collaboration project wine by Ms. Hayashi, who is a winemaker, and Ms. Takeda, who is a grape grower.
It is made from Koshu and Delaware grown in Yamanashi.
The grapes were macerated before the fermentation.
Well, it is an orange wine.
I felt a decent mouthfeel and very complex fruits flavor.
Also, I felt light tannin and very slight better.
I felt something similar taste and flavor of Radicon.
This one might be a little Radicon.
3rd Votano Wine Seba K4 Pinot Noir 2018
It is made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in Shiojiri Nagano.
It was a very tasty Pinot Noir.
It is not outstanding but is very well-balanced.
I felt very charming red berries, elegant acidity and comfortable mouthfeel.
Very good!
4th Chase the Grape Feild Blend 2021
It is the third vintage of Mr. Dai Naito, who is a winemaker in training.
It is made by mix cultured of Koshu and Muscat Bailey-A grown in Kofu with a little Chardonnay grown in Katsunuma.
The all grapes were macerated in two days before the fermentation.
Then grapes were fermented by natural yeast.
Even though the 8% low alcohol, I felt a rich body, rich fruits and comfortable mouthfeel.
I think it is a very good wine.
