It was a very hot and humid day in Tokyo.

Sashimi Today
The main dish today was Hamburger Steak cooked by daimajo-sama.
It was very tasty.
1st Cescon Ribolla Gialla NV 1100 yen
I felt very nice fruits and beautiful acidity.
It shows the goodness of the north Italy white wine very much.
The taste was really pure and natural.
2nd Cescon Cabernet NV 1100 yen
It is made from 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Cabernet Franc grown in Veneto Italy.
You mighr think it is a full-bodied red wine because of Cabernet.
Actually, it is a light and elegant style red wine.
I felt elegant mouthfeel and good fruits and acidity.
However, the aroma and flavor was real Cabernet ones.
I prefer such style recently.
