I cooked Seafood Pasta for lunch with the sashimi leftover yesterday’s Temaki-Sushi.

1st Chateau Salmoniere Muscadet Sevre et Maine Sur Lie 2020 1450 yen
We have kept very hot days even though in September.
Muscadet is one of the best wines for me such hot day.
It is made from 100% Muscadet grown in Loire by sustainable method.
It is produced by sur lie method.
I felt very fresh fruits, crisp acidity and good minerals.
The taste was really pure and natural.
This is what I like Muscadet!
2nd Tortues en Crique Syrah Mourvedre 2020 1130 yen
The old brand name of this one was Tortoise Creek for a long time.
I am not familiar with the new name yet.
But the taste is unfailingly tasty.
I felt concentrated good fruits, comfortable tannin and fine acidity.
The mouthfeel was elegant even though full-bodied style.
I am sure again it is a very good Languedoc red wine.
