I invited to old-local friends of daimajo-sama at home and held a lunch party.
I cooked the lunch.
I cooked my ordinary dishes with the possible care.
Maguro Tartar
Seafood & Mushroom Doria
Pork & Apple Saute
I chose a bottle of rose wine made by our local winery.
Also, I served Champagne and Hamada Vineyard Bacchus.
Fortunately, I got very good reputations.
It was a very nice party.
