I cooked dinner, Temaki-Sushi.
It was a gorgeous version that had Uni today.
Delicious!
1st Bellecourt Blanc de Blanc NV 1480 yen
This sparkling wine is my Relax Wine Original.
It is made from 60% Airen and 40% Maccabeu grown in Languedoc.t
It is produced by Charmat method.
I felt fresh fruits, charming babbles, nice citrus and fine minerals.
It is an accidentally tasty for me.
Why is it so delicious.
I guess, because I tasted this one with very cold temperature like an ice.
Very nice!
2nd Kita Wine Kimura Vineyard Shiro 2018 3000 yen
It is made from 100% Kerner grown in Kimura Vineyard in Yoichi Hokkaido.
I felt very fresh fruits, nice citrus and strong minerals.
The taste was really pure and clean.
I think it is one of the best Kerner wines in Hokkaido.
I was surprised that Kerner becomes sush elegant wine.
It was very good for Temaki-Sushi today!
