It’s so tasty.
I like the fresh fruits, beautiful acidity and amazing minerals.
The style is really pure and natural.
It’s very, very tasty.
But it doesn’t sell well so much.
I must sell it more.
This one is represents my inadequacy for the business.
2nd Cescon Cabernet NV 1150 yen
It is made from 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Cabernet Franc grown in Veneto by sustainable method.
The style is opposite from the ordinary Chile Cabernet Sauvignon.
I felt charming fruits, elegant acidity, light tannin and light mouthfeel.
However, the aroma and flavor shows typical Cabernet character.
I prefer the style of this one.
