I cooked dinner.
Chirashi-Sushi a la Mediterranean
Very good!
After the dinner, I had some fruits and cheese, as well.
1st Chase the Grape Field Blend 2021 2650 yen
It is made from Koshu and Muscat Bailey-A with a little Chardonnay grown in Yamanashi.
After two days maceration, it was fermented by wild yeast.
Even though a low alcohol, 8%, I felt rich body, nice acidity and minerals.
It is not a “BIO” wine but I felt such natural taste.
I also felt the nuance of some orange wine.
I like this one very much.
2nd Hamada Vineyard Bacchus 2021 4300 yen
It made from 100% Bacchus grown in the estate vineyard in Mikasa.
Then it was produced at 10R Winery in Mikasa.
Bacchus is a Garman grape variety, which has the character of sweet aroma.
Bacchus usually becomes a sweet wine but this one is dry white wine.
I felt sweet aroma at first.
Then I felt rich fruits, fine acidity and comfortable minerals.
The style is very elegant, pure and natural.
A lot of wine professional will be surprised at the quality of this one.
Bacchus becomes such high quality fine wine!
